Sunnybrae is a modern, end-terraced cottage in an elevated position above the River Esk on the outskirts of Whitby on the North Yorkshire coast. Boasting two double bedrooms and one single (with a pull-out bed) as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to six people. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. To the outside is a decked rear patio with garden furniture, a communal lawned area and off road parking for one car.
